Our Approach
At Ignita Consulting, our approach to AI enablement focuses on helping organizations thoughtfully explore and adopt AI tools in ways that align with their mission, workflows, and people. Rather than emphasizing complex technical development, we guide teams through understanding the growing landscape of AI tools and identifying those that best fit their business environment. Through demonstrations, training sessions, and practical implementation guidance, we help staff build confidence using AI for everyday tasks such as communication, research, data organization, and workflow automation. Our approach emphasizes responsible use, clear governance, and real-world application so organizations can integrate AI in a way that supports learning, collaboration, and effective decision-making.
When we evaluate a mentorship program our approach is rooted in research and refined by real-world experience. Our methodology was developed through the doctoral work of our founder, Dr. Anita Mills, and her dissertation team which focused on the evaluation of mentorship programs in educational leadership. This research included a comprehensive study of the mentoring program at Lipscomb University’s Educational Leadership Program—gathering data directly from mentors and mentees to assess effectiveness, connection, and outcomes.
We use this same research-based, human-centered approach to help organizations across sectors—education, government, and industry—evaluate and enhance their mentorship efforts.
