Dr. Anita Mills is the founder of Ignita Consulting and a leader in research administration and mentorship evaluation. With 25+ years in higher education, healthcare, and industry—including roles at Cayuse, NYU, UPenn, Einstein Healthcare, Cincinnati Children’s, and UIC—she helps organizations strengthen mentorship impact. Her doctoral research anchors Ignita’s approach, and she contributes to the Huntsville National Space Club and HERC.
